Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of lanorahome.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Lanora Home sells cookware, tableware and kitchen essentials online. Contact: support@lanorahome.com.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

3. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

4. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen than in person, and handmade decorative details vary a little between pieces — that is the nature of the product, not a fault.

6. Intellectual property

The Lanora Home name, logo, product names, photography and site content belong to Lanora Home and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Product safety

Use cookware and pressure cookers according to the instructions supplied. Pressure cookers in particular must never be opened while under pressure.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
