Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Rates

•     Standard Shipping — $9.95

•     Free Shipping on orders over $99

Delivery time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

How we pack

Glassware and ceramics are individually wrapped and boxed with protective fill. Cookware ships in its retail packaging inside an outer carton. If something still arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds policy — we replace it at no cost.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address are refunded less the original shipping cost.
